1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ditlify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ditlify is a requirements-led website development platform. We are not a drag-and-drop website builder. We create custom websites based on requirements you provide through our structured onboarding process, using AI-assisted development with human developer oversight.

3. Packages and Credits

  • Each package has defined limits on pages, AI amendment credits, and human support tickets.
  • Amendment credits are consumed per amendment request, regardless of outcome.
  • Human support tickets represent up to 30 minutes of developer time per ticket.
  • Unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to reject amendment requests that fall outside the scope of your package.

4. Project Delivery

  • We operate a deliberately limited project capacity system. You may be waitlisted if capacity is full.
  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current workload.
  • Delivery consists of website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, assets) and any agreed documentation. We do not provide hosting.
  • We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or refund a project if we are unable to deliver to an acceptable quality standard.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate information during the onboarding process.
  • Provide content, images, and branding materials in a timely manner.
  • Review previews and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide (images, text, trademarks).

6. Payments

  • Payment terms are defined per package at the time of order.
  • Refund eligibility depends on project stage at time of cancellation. Work completed is non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact will result in immediate project suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment and project delivery, you receive full ownership of the delivered website files and content.
  • We retain ownership of our development methodology, AI prompts, templates, and platform code.
  • You grant us the right to display the delivered website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ditlify is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, AI output accuracy, or specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active projects will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
